This new customer suspected a hard drive problem when they were unable to access their personal files.  Their PC was running with two hard drives.  Our inspection confirmed that the secondary drive had failed.  Unfortunately in this case the data was not retrievable. A reminder of the need to regularly back up your hard drive to an external drive.
