The trackpad and keyboard on their Dell Inspiron laptop was not working properly.  We were unable to source a complete palmrest in the original silver.  The customer agreed they would be happy to change to black.

A complete stripdown and fitting of the new palmrest and everyone was impressed with the outcome.  The laptop looks like new!
