This new customer asked us to swap their Intel Core i5-6500 processor with an Intel Core i7-7700 processor. They also wanted us to install some extra memory that they had purchased.

We installed the additional memory and changed the processor. Unfortunately the new processor was faulty and failed to work.  We advised the customer to return the part to the supplier.
