They were trying to remove a virus from our MacBook and instead of removing the virus naughty Cookie has trapped Cream inside!  But don’t worry, as we are experienced at working with MacBooks at Fix-Ya-Pc we will have him out in no time.

No major issues were found and we advised the customer to keep an eye on the running speed which was back to normal.
