What does this mean for you, the consumer?

The first question we are asked at www.fix-ya-pc.co.uk is can I continue to run with Windows 10?  The short answer is yes, however with no security updates it does mean you are increasingly vulnerable to cyber attacks. So in the long term it is not advisable.

So do I have to buy a new PC or laptop?  This depends totally on the model you have and the processor.  Here at Fix-Ya -Pc we can advise you on whether your machine is compatible with upgrading to Windows 11. If it can be updated then we can carry this out for you, we offer a setup and installation service where we can show you around the new and improved Windows 11.

What if I cannot update? No problem at all, we can advise you on a new purchase with Windows 11 pre-installed.  Following your purchase we can transfer over all of your data.

What can I do with my gaming/custom build PC?  One option is to fit a new motherboard along with a CPU that is compatible with Windows 11.  Fix-Ya-Pc can advise on this, source the relevant parts and install them for you.
